TCPS Analyst II-1201002DescriptionManage inbound customer service calls from American Express Selling Partners for Inventory Control, settlement questions/issues and various other services.- Responsible to identify trends and patterns and perform root cause analysis related to shipment and inventory out-of-balance conditions.- Professionally receive, timely action and respond to sellers’ queries on settlements, refunds and other TC related matters. Refer sellers promptly and courteously to relevant departments where necessary.- Maintain rigorous focus on control and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures. Also keep proper audit trails for all calls undertaken by maintaining quality service requests at all times.- Posses excellent communication skills to include coordinating and interacting regularly with all process stakeholders globally, the Client Management Team and sellers in the region so as to drive profitability of seller accounts.- To be able to give effective customer service to selling outlets while safeguarding company assets.- Provide necessary value added inputs and support to all key linkages so as to enable them to deliver on their goals.- Support root cause analysis for various exceptions & assist to resolve and fix the causes for exceptions.- Supporting the 6 Sigma initiatives in the region.- To work with Sellers on unsettled conditions.- Ensure delivery of quality customer service at all times by achieving appropriate service levels (as per laid out guidelines) at all times and exceed quality standards on a consistent basis.- This is a position in the Night Shift. .American Express is an equal opportunity employer.- An in-depth and applicable knowledge of PCs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Access, Lotus Notes, Windows. Must be able to navigate successfully on the internet and or the intranet in order to access internet based applications.- High levels of confidence to be able to independently deal with the Global Banking / Financial Institutions.- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.- Ability to work within a team environment and with diverse set of team members.- Familiarity with banking procedures and terminology is desirable.- Initiative and empowerment for self directed work and improvement.- Must be able to meet deadlines to provide quality customer service and ensure departmental and business goals are achieved.- Good at prioritizing and organizing workload.- Excellent customer service & communication skills.- Ability to balance need to achieve customer satisfaction and need for Risk Management.- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills, including root-cause analysis and solutions implementation.- Ability to work in a diverse and multi-tasked environment.- Needs to be adaptable to an environment where procedures and priorities change constantly.- Should be organized and focused on seamless process delivery having a keen eye for detail and strong bent of mind towards controls , compliance , & customer service.- Ability to comprehend and process information quickly and accurately to enable delivery of quality customer service and first contact resolutions.- Graduate with minimum 1- 2 years of experience in similar field.- It is a Night shift job on rotating shifts between 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM.Job: OperationsPrimary Location: India-Haryana-GurgaonSchedule: Full-time
