These professionals also design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs, supporting all aspects of the Capital Markets industry including Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management.Key responsibilities may include:* Project planning and estimating* Developing IT Strategy and Plan based on client's business plan* Assisting clients in defining key business and system needs that will enable their strategy* Developing recommendations to improve operational model and business processes flow* Planning and managing Application Requirements and Design activities* Conducting functional design and aligning business processes to application design* Framing and analyzing client issues and developing solutions based on relevant industry best practices* Performing the Subject Matter Expert role in a specific industry process, application or system* Creating conceptual designs for complex situations, including application interfaces and interactions* Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities* Conducting and managing test planning and execution* Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities* Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing supportQualifications* First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting* More than 5-7 years work experience in capital markets IT industry or 2-3 years in consulting and 3-4 years in capital markets business* Deep skills and prior work experience in one or more of the areas of equities and derivatives trading and settlement, treasury, cash management, liquidity management* Experience in system implementation project and have a strong sense in business and system integration* Experience in project management is highly desirable* Experience performing regional projects a big PLUS* Prior consulting experience a big PLUSProfessional Skill Requirements* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment* Desire to work in an information systems environment* Excellent English and Chinese communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills* Excellent leadership and management skills* Willing to travel within region for projectsJobSystems IntegrationPrimary LocationHong Kong-Hong KongOrganizationConsultingScheduleFull-time
