Service Delivery Manager-1201218DescriptionLead The Onsite Travel Consultant Teams In Mumbai.- Coaching And Developing The Team Members- Ensure High Employee Motivation And Job Rotation.- Ensure Appropriate Scheduling & Adequate Staffing.- Maximize Use Of Preferred Airlines & Uatp Penetration- Ensure Control Over Receivables And Chargebacks. Ensure Least Financial Exposure For The Portfolio Managed.- Work With Client General Managers And Other Functions To Deliver Excellent Service To The Client Per Agreements And Slas.- Establish & Build Relationships With Corporate Travel Arrangers/Key Travelers/ Decision Makers In Corporates.- Manage Issues Via Tool, Analyze Root Causes For Service Issues. Develop & Implement Action Plans To Minimize Them.- Liaison With Srg For Corporate Airlines Deals.- Maintain Relationship With Key Airlines & Hotels And Negotiate Special Deals For Corporate Groups.- Contribute Towards Constantly Improving Process To Take The Service To Higher Levels.- Provide Thought Leadership On Be The Change Strategy As Applicable To India.- Coordinate And Function In A Large Team Environment Comprising Senior Leaders, Managers, Team Members And External Clients And Foster Good Working Relationships In And Across Groups.- Foster An Environment Focused On Improving Employee Engagement And Employee Satisfaction- Lead By Example, Advocate And Consistently Practice Blue Box Values- Ensure 100% Compliance To Code Of Conduct, Us Sanctions, Fcpa And Other Similar GuidelinesAmerican Express is an equal opportunity employer.Graduate with 7-10 yrs of travel servicing experience.- Advanced PC skills in all MS Office applications and Lotus Notes- Strong understanding of American Express procedures and policies is a plus- Strong interpersonal, influencing/collaborating skills with high result orientation and personal accountability.
