Position: Senior Group Research Manager Location: Myanmar   Responsibilities Create and design the most appropriate research methodologies/techniques,(e.g. sampling, survey design, etc.) and project plans Assist in developing survey tools for quantitative and qualitative methods including PRA methods Formulating a plan/proposal and presenting it to the client and senior management Develops or provide guidance in the development of the research instrument Perform advanced marketing analyses & consulting projects to HODs, project managers and executives in the research processes Interpretation and analysis of data, consult in writing reports, making actionable recommendations and presents the study results of to the client and senior management Operate projects with a clear understanding of budget targets and be goal oriented to stay within budget Develop the statistical models using different techniques Consult in different types of data processing methods and analytical tools Introduce new ideas, processes, development plans and execute the training programs for managers and executives Create and design the products, systems and reporting formats of the syndicated research (especially for retail audit, consumer & media index, etc.) Provide on-the-job training of deliverable skills and ensure the steady career growth of team members. Mentor members of staff & directs their development and Develop skills in managing junior colleagues   Desired Skills & Experience A minimum of 5 years' experience within marketing research industry Proven ability to manage multiple projects Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, brand,  advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies Strong detail-orientation Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or the sciences   Interested applicants please write in with your updated CV in Words format to executive@manfield.com.sg
