Support the business Finance Managers with accurate and timely accounting records and drive standardization of policies, in compliant to US GAAP and local statutory regulations. Support and lead on transition/project activities (if applicable) and ensure proper follow up on outstanding matters post transition period. Essential Responsibilities*Provide supervision & management on full set of accounts (include AP, AR & GL) *Ensure timely and accurate posting of AP, AR Invoices and closure of month end activities. *To prepare and review monthly account reconciliation, ensure timely submission to business managers for second level review. *Ensure IBS invoices were accepted and paid regularly. Follow up missing information whenever necessary. *Ensure timely submission of DR reporting to global. *Timely response of e-mail and follow up with team members to resolve issues raised by customers and counterparts. *Ensure compliance to local statutory requirements, US GAAP and financial reporting standards including company policies and procedures. *Develop and guide team members to improve technical skills and competencies. Identify training needs to improve interpersonal skills. *Provide update and support to Ops manager. Escalate issues when required. *To liaise, support and coordinate internal and external audit. Work closely with compliance and tax department. *Familiar with scope of activities as per agreed in SLA with customers. *Provide support and analysis to customers on business information for decision making purpose. *To coordinate and lead transition project when necessary. Qualifications/Requirements:*Must be a Bachelor Degree-Accounting / Finance graduate; *With minimum of 7-8 years working experience as a Accountant or Team Lead *Have fundamental knowledge of US GAAP ,Local GAAP and Local Tax knowledge *Must be able to speak local language and english *Must posses good Customer Service Orientation skill, strong communication skill and must be able to work in team. *Able to speak lacal language and english
