Job Description
The role holder is accountable for proactively solicit customers for new banking business, accounts opening and cross sell other banking products. The role holder has to ensure sophisticated services are provided to customers consistently
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned individual sales target by maximized business prospects and cross selling opportunities and maintaining close contact with mapping channels and other department
- Deliver high quality of service to customers
- Attend team meetings and participates in developing creative solutions to solve problems and workflow stramlining.
- Ensure that compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements are met all the times.
- Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures , report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager
Qualifications & Skills
- University Graduate or above with sales and services experience
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
- Mandarin is preferrable
