PMASS EASY MAINTENANCE TEAM -- RHB Banking Group -- Kuala Lumpur

• To coordinate with Group Procurement (GP) and Business on all user requirements related to Repairs and Maintenance works and minor renovation works at Easy Outlets nationwide.• To carry out periodical site visitations / site inspection to Easy outlets nationwide to identify and rectify repairs and maintenance works affecting the operation and corporate image.• To coordinate with GP and Business on the award of maintenance contract i.e Signage, Electrical, Air-conditioning, Fire extinguisher, plumbing services, ID works and other maintenance works.• To coordinate with GP and Business on the Capex and Opex approval for the repairs and maintenance works.• To coordinate with GP, Easy Project Team, Main Contractors and Direct Purchase Item contractors for the rectification of defective works during Defect Liability Period (DLP) and after expiry of DLP.• To coordinate with external parties i.e Telekom Malaysia, IT & Admin outsourced vendors, local authorities for the timely completion of repairs and maintenance.• To monitor PMASS Helpdesk and to assist IT Careline, ATM Helpdesk and Business on the ad hock Repairs and Maintenance issues i.e IT & Tel Lines, ATM & EPF lines, cables, equipments, electrical power etc.• To coordinate and follow-up with contractors, Business and Group Finance on the invoicing and payments to appointed /awarded contractors.
