Essential Responsibilities - Responsible for Malaysia OEM lighting sales, growth and profitability.Develop growth strategies in line with company business objectives - Accountable for successful execution of new product launch and marketing plan via working closely with regional marketing and product management - Sales growth:Achieve Annual sales OP targets. Strong focus on OEM markets. - Constantly work with customers and GE internal team on market pricing and product trend. Provide product volume forecast to supply team to serve OEM sector. - Review and resolve product gaps & forecast reliability. Work closely with PM and SCM to ensure no product gap and good forecast reliability respectively in meeting market demands - Communication, reporting, organisation & learning. Work closely with Malaysia country manager to provide strategic direction to Malaysia Lighting team Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor degree in engineering (preferred) - More than 3 years experience in selling, supporting or managing project or OEM business that involve complete solution, not only products - Proven experience in the interface with lighting specifiers/designers, consultants, engineers in the Government organization. - Able to read/write/summarize the technical documentations, BOM, and others project bidding related documents. - Fluent in English, professional lighting & engineering terminology is required. - Good business acumen, ability to drive change and a strong team player. - Possess high energy, proactive, self-starter and good leadership & organizational skills. Desired CharacteristicsTravel within Malaysia. Fluent in Chinese dialect (Cantonese)
