Job Number: 1309106 Business: GE Energy Business Segment: Energy - Energy Services Posted Position Title: Lead Contract Performance Manager Career Level: Experienced Function: Services Function Segment: Project Management Location: Hong Kong City: Hong Kong, Shenzhen Relocation AssistanceNo Essential Responsibilities·Provide counsel and advice on the covered equipment operation in accordance with guidelines and specifications, operating symptoms and history. ·Coordinate the technical communication between CLP engineering staff and GE Engineering and assist expediting engineering support ·Assist the CLP in the proper use of GE technical documentation provided with the equipment. ·Assist in development of specific data log sheets and preventive maintenance check lists for the CLP operating and maintenance personnel to record unit data. ·Advise CLP personnel during operational and preventive maintenance checks as determined necessary by data analysis. ·Provide counsel and advice on troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance procedures to maintain equipment as required and consistent with manufacturer's recommendations. ·Provide counsel and advice regarding the establishment of an adequate inventory of materials, equipment and spare parts for maintaining optimum operation of the Covered Units. ·Provide advice and counsel regarding changes, modifications, and upgrades for maintaining optimum operation of the covered equipment. ·Provide guidance for scheduling routine maintenance, advise the sequence of scheduled and additional inspection activities. ·Be on site during emergency situations requiring the Gas Turbine Resident Engineer. ·Assist in troubleshooting techniques to the best of his/her knowledge (mechanical or control aspect as applicable). ·Respond to forced outages for quick response time and necessary resources to restore the Covered Unit to operating conditions in a timely manner. ·Will be on call 24 hours per day ·Assistant CPM for the profitability and customer satisfaction of assigned contract Qualifications/Requirements:·Degree with specialization in Mechanical Engineering ·Preferably 5-10 years of relevant experience. ·Good knowledge of machinery operation. ·Good knowledge of GE gas/steam turbines and generators ·Good sense of safety and security.
