Also, it will provide generalist HR activities and support for the Hong Kong office plus logistics and China Hong Kong office on an as needed basis.Critical success factors / key deliverables:- Partners with HR leader to build HR capability in Emerging markets.- Conducts Q12 impact planning sessions for HK office and logistics.- Provides knowledge and experience with respect to succession planning, engagement, team development which meet the specific needs of HK and EM.- Conduct quarterly staffing reviews and assist managers with action plans.- Coach managers on the development and engagement of their teams.- Provide excellent technical HR knowledge and consulting skills.- Creates strong partnership and support with EM HR teams and local management regarding HR processes, programs and delivery.- Lead Gallup strengths coaching and team blend sessions in HK.- Lead HK office performance review process, development planning.- Reviews and implements new HR policies and processes.- Design mid and long-term retention programs to assure organizational stability.- Facilitates change in support of structural changes and new operational strategies.- Active participation in the ongoing development of a corporate culture which strives to achieve the highest ethical standards.Key strengths / personal attributes for the role:- Ability to interact, influence and partner with a diverse team.- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.- Ability to move others to take action.- Hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively by taking ownership and accepting responsibility.- High ethical standards and integrity.- Excellent engagement skills.- Tenacity, focus and discipline.Qualifications/Work Experience: - Demonstrable HR generalist experience over a course of at least 8 years with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles.- Experience in a multi-national company.Education and/or Special Training: Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
