Requisition ID: 14991BRJob Title: HR Specialist (HRMS)Division: Emerging MarketsBusiness Unit: HeadquartersFocus Area Human Resources/RecruitingBusiness Sub-Functions: (World) HR Systems AdministrationCountry: Hong KongState: -City: Hong KongJob Description: Main objective / purpose of the role:The primary objective of this role is handle full-range of HR administration, and be responsible for HR reporting and payroll co-ordination in the Emerging Markets (EM) Headquarters and to support the EM HR community on regional HRMS administration, execution and troubleshooting.Critical success factors / key deliverables:- Review & coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll service provider for the EM HQ office and be responsible for benefits enrolment and termination, and vendor selection.- Review & approve monthly interoffice compensation related billings.- Be the regional Oracle HRMS super-user by providing effective training, guidance and trouble-shooting for users in the EM region.- Lead Emerging Markets regional HRMS projects.- Review & prepare regional HR reports and provide ad hoc analytical HR data support and expertise to the Emerging Markets Leadership Team & Corporate.- Participate in new hire orientation and provide training on company policy and benefits provision.- Co-ordinate and participate in employee relations activities.Key strengths / personal attributes for the role:- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.- Focussed and Analytical.- Detail-oriented.- High sensitivity with numbers.- High level of responsibility.Qualifications/Work Experience: • 3+ years experience in human resources or administration in multinational companies.- Experience in payroll & regional HR reporting.Education and/or Special Training: • Degree holder in Business or Human Resources.- Excellent excel, data management skills.- Knowledgeable in HRMS platforms such as Oracle or Peoplesoft.
