GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST -- Flextronics -- Bukit Minyak

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Human Resource System. As a liaison between IT and business stakeholders (HR), this position supports system updates, processes changes, and maintains data integrity       • Second tier support for HR on system issues • Troubleshoot, research and resolve cases within agreed service level agreement • Create and maintain hierarchies in the HRIS • Audits information within the assigned region or segment to ensure accurate data and business processes • Communicates potential issues found within audits to functions within HR • Maintains tenant information and set-up where applicable • Maintain list of values in the HRIS • Correct or Rescind business processes • Process mass transactions • Assign security roles and conduct audits on users’ security • Create and update existing reports to meet end user requirements • Participate in testing for upcoming HRIS releases • Train HR on HRIS processes and forms • Works with HR, Business Analyst and Vendor to resolve issues • Develop or recommend solutions to address gaps/improvements in processes • Provides required data and documentation for internal and external audits • Uses HRSS tools within the HRIS to maintain structure, business process and data • Communicates regularly to HR to maintain current understanding of organizational events and required activities • Provides guidance and expertise as required to assist HR in development and ongoing maintenance of system
