Location: Bangkok Office
To manages a team of 9 staffs in Financial & Accounting Department, 6 in Bangkok, 2 in Rayong and 1 in Philippines and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities :-
* Oversees the daily operations of the finance functions from vouching, bookkeeping to finalization of the Thailand and US financial reporting package, making sure that the Company’s financial statements present a true and fair view of its financial results and position and be responsible for the disclosures of the financial information
* Designs and implements the proper control on finance related areas and makes sure these controls are sufficient, effective and in compliance with government regulations and Corporate policies
* Develops and maintains financial budget system and follows up the execution status of the company’s financial and capital investment budget
* Sets up and implements various procedures to protect the safety and integrity of Company’s assets including cash, inventory and fixed assets
* Oversees tax filing and compliance activities, initiates effective and efficient tax planning to minimize the Company’s tax burden within the framework of the tax law
* Oversee the regular and ad-hoc financial analysis to assist management in the planning, control and decision-making process.
* Establishes and maintains good and professional relationship with various outside parties such as Tax Bureau, banks, external and internal auditors.
Qualifications :-
* Male/Female, minimum age 35 years old
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Financial and Accounting, CPA is preferable
* At least 5 years experiences in Finance and Accounting from international organization
* Minimum 2 years experience in managerial position
* Analytical skills and business knowledge
* Good command of English, both writing & speaking
* Computer proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
