Essential Responsibilities* Understands the requirements and schedule of the assignment from the customers * Troubleshoots and fixes the machine (for example, gas/steam turbines) if there is problem occurring * Provides maintenance, installation, startup, commissioning and maintenance to customer owned and industrial facilities. * Plans, organizes and performs multifunctional field assignments in designated areas of expertise, directing the work of other field engineers and skilled labor as required, in a timely and efficient manner * Delivers quality system to the customers * Understanding of DLN combustion system hardware or software * Plans, prepares, and/or instructs both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in the area of specialization. Qualifications/Requirements:* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology * Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant experience * Good knowledge of machinery operation * Good sense of safety and security Desired Characteristics* Management/leadership skills as the position requires to delegate manpower * Troubleshooting skills in the case where there are problems in the machinery * Able to work efficiently independently without direct supervision * Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners * Must be a good team player, as the position requires working with the service managers, supervisors as well as engineers from other functional fields * Strong customer service-oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the assignment details
