Director-Business Development / Marketing-1102050DescriptionBusiness Development- Manage existing GNS partner relationships to ensure delivery of contractual targets.- Manage new partnerships including Bolton, Manchester & Portsmouth.- Align partner with GNS cross-functional team to ensure service quality to partners.- Maintain and implement multi-level partner touch strategy and branch engagement strategy to accelerate card acquisition, billing growth and outspend usage.- Expand product line strategy for both consumer and commercial products- Drive Cobrand partnerships and Global Eshop initiative- Support new partnership strategy by identifying new prospects and facilitating commercial/ contract negotiation.- Manage the multiple IO/NCL scenarios and the potential spillover among issuing partners.Marketing- Align with partners to drive marketing campaigns and product development.- Align with merchant team to solicit merchant offers and card benefits.- Leverage partners? communication and acquisition channels to drive CM communication and acquisition.- Promote AXP?s brand value and awareness to partners and Chinese customers.- Act as the key liaison point with agency on developing marketing campaign, product platform and promotion collaterals.- Implement marketing strategy and drive key marketing initiatives including China Platform, Outbound Program, Spend Stimulation Program as well as Reward Program.- Monitor market intelligence and competitive landscape of China market and compile regular update.American Express is an equal opportunity employer.- University Graduate With 10 Years Plus Extensive Payments & Marketing Experience- Solid Knowledge In Payments Industry And China Market- Outstanding Relationship Management, Presentation And Selling Skills- In-Depth Understanding In Acquisition, Portfolio Management, New Product Development And Brand Management- Strong Will-To-Win And Result-Oriented Mindset- Strong Financial Acumen And P&L Management Skills- Sound Experience Of Handling Multiple Projects And Prioritizing TasksJob: MarketingPrimary Location: China-Beijing-BeijingSchedule: Full-timeJob Posting: Apr 6, 2011 - Apr 20, 2011
