With solid skills in marketing, marketing analytics, sales and service, you will be involved in assisting our clients to efficiently anticipate, meet and exceed their customer expectations.As Consultant/Manager in Segmentation & Analytics, you are expected to participate in customer insight projects in Asia. In addition, you will be responsible for:* Preparation and validation of data for analytical modeling/data mining* Development of customer segmentation models* Development and analysis of customer profiles* Development of cross-sell/up-sell/churn predictive models* Validation of accuracy and robustness of analytical models* Development of marketing and customer strategies and actionsQualifications* 3-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation, Database Marketing Management and Operations, Customer Data Management, Customer Analytics, Operations Research & Quantitative Analysis* An excellent university degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics /Computer Science/Engineering.* Good written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin.* Familiarity with statistical methods and preferably data mining techniques* Strong numerical skills* Ability to translate complex analysis results into business insights* Sufficient charisma to facilitate client workshops and presentations* Passion to deliver value for our clients* Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicableWe are also seeking Service Transformation resources at Consultant or Manager level to work in our CRM practice. These resources will work with our client teams to support the design and implementation of multi-channel Customer Service solutions for our clients. The Service Transformation community forms one of the key components of our CRM Practice that operates across industry groups within Accenture.
