Acting as the GE Energy country ambassador internally and externally you will work to build a network of effective relationships with customers, government and industry associations. Essential Responsibilities•Provide strategic growth initiatives based on synergy approaches to major customers •Develop the business strategy to support the strategic country-based growth perspective •Work closely with regional P&L leaders to drive project viability and develop actionable strategy •Partner with country Human Resource Management to attract, develop and engage talent through executing HR initiatives •Lead the Indonesia GE Volunteers activities to build corporate citizenship in the community •Work actively to develop One GE Energy image for external relations, within GE businesses and for the GE employees Qualifications/Requirements:• Experience in a similar senior leadership position in Indonesia demonstrating high level communication, interpersonal and personal leadership skills - In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian Energy & power business market - Strong understanding of government and regional policies in the energy field •Experience of leading senior commercial professionals, providing active support and coaching to drive achievement •Ability to engage effectively with global and regional teams •Demonstrated orientation to business growth •Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian Desired Characteristics - MBA or advanced degree highly regarded
