My client a leading European investment bank is looking for an experienced compliance manager to manage the firms regulatory risk and ensure compliance with laws regulations rules and internal policies and procedures. BR

The Compliance Manager will be required to provide advice to the business and resource functions on regulations and compliance policies. The incumbent will need to draft and review compliance policies conduct periodic desk reviews conduct interviews test checks and preparing reports of findings lead projects on different compliance aspects upon regulatory changes and provide training on general or specific compliance topics as required. The jobholder will also need to coordinate with local compliance officers in the region review marketing materials and update the business and other relevant parties on new and hot compliance topics. The successful candidate will be a degree holder with at least 5 years relevant compliance work experience in the financial services industry. Candidates with equity and fixed income sales and trading experience are preferred. Applicants will need to have excellent written and spoken English language skills as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills.
