Choose a career at Accenture and enjoy an innovative environment where challenging and interesting work is part of daily life.Overall Responsibility:Deal with Client Financial Management help desk requests and control the on-going operations to ensure successful achievement of business and financial goals.Role Expectations:* Analysis and development of recommendations for process improvements to the CFM Specialist*Participation in training programmes*Work within the Dalian CFM team to improve performance and address issues*Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of CFM to internal customers by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices*Implementation of operational improvements as required*Completion of information for set up of new and modification of existing jobs, engagements and projects on clients without CFM supporting*Initiate transactions for client engagements including non-time revenue recognition, time transfers, invoicing for client engagements and projects without CFM supporting*Supply of basic information such as results and job ledgers to client engagements and projects without supporting* Review of pricing on new deals* Collation of policy questions relating to internal policies and GAAP accounting issues to pass onto appropriate financial accounting policy experts* Adhoc presentations and analysis as requiredQualificationsExperience/Knowledge required:* Commerce / Business / Accounting Bachelor's Degree* Finance working experience over one year* PC Skills (Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and email)* Analytical Skills* Interpersonal Skills* Organisational Skills* English oral and written skills - basic to intermediate levelJobAccounting & FinancePrimary LocationChina-DalianOther LocationsChina-ShanghaiOrganizationInternal Operations (Enterprise)ScheduleFull-time
