The role is expected to work competently across a number of Asia Pacific geographiesKey Responsibilities:* Manage the execution of The Point publication* Work with external suppliers (language translation agencies, content development suppliers, print production; fulfilment houses) to coordinate program execution* Responsible for supplier invoice management* Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Asia Pacific and coordinate internal communications to promote FS direct mail programs and/or database initiatives* Respond to data mining and segmentation requests* Coordination of database activities from initiation through to implementation and analysis* Responsible for EOM reporting; lead generation tracking and ROI tracking* Drive regular database enhancements and updates* Coordination of database contact administration and of monthly uploadsRelationships:* Reports to: APAC FS Marketing Director* Internal Relationships: Asia Pacific FS Marketing team Geographic Marketing* External Relationships: Third party vendors, suppliersQualifications* Education: Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent* Work Experience: Minimum of 5 experience in marketing* Prior experience working in services environment preferredProfessional Skill/ Personal Characteristics Requirements:* Demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail and deadline oriented* Excellent oral and written English language skills* Strong coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple projects* Experience with CRM systems in an Asia Pacific context* The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines* Strong time-management and project management skills* Ability to work well in a collaborative team with other professionals, on a global, complex scale.* Demonstrated ability to work in an unstructured environment and create a network.* Quick learner.* Highly motivated and drive to succeed.Technical Skill Requirements* Strong Microsoft Office skills* A good working knowledge of Siebel/ Oracle (or similar), Access, Excel* Experience operating with Asia Pacific cultures essentialJobOperationsPrimary LocationChina-DalianOrganizationInternal Operations (Enterprise)ScheduleFull-time
