This role is responsible for the overall leadership to the functional teams, promoting constant interaction with global leadership teams and delivering service capability across the entire product and system portfolio with dedicated resources focused 100% on all service elements, eg finance. field operations, repair, spares, etc Essential Responsibilities• Has full Inquiry to Order / Order to Remittance ownership for P&L statement and balance sheets for all country operations within the region, ie India, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, S. Korea, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. • Provides leadership, motivation, line of sight and coaching to Bids teams, Project Managers, Technical support, Operations Engineers, Field Services, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain management & Service • Has ownership of KPI’s with the objectives being to grow the organizations regional footprint, meet and exceed budget, on time delivery, resource / Asset utilization and Optimization. • Monitor and enhance main Financial and growth indicators such as Orders, Sales, CM & OM, Base Costs, P&E, Inventory, cash, past due etc. • Participate in internal and external customer meetings to define technical, financial, quality, execution manpower and tooling requirements are being met. • Ensure the organization adheres to the compliance and integrity policy, quality, and regulatory standards to meet GE and legislative requirements • Enhance high level relationship with Key customers, partners and key suppliers • Provide development opportunities for employees and build a strong talent pool within the region to ensure robust succession plans are put in place • Be part of a global matrix organization and partner with all the functional leaders. • Active participation in promoting the highest standards of EHS compliance • Enhance high level relationship with Key customers, partners and key suppliers • Develop additional service capabilities, grow regional service shops footprint and legal business entities. • Drive the synergies with other GE businesses in the area Qualifications/Requirements:• Degree required - preferably in Engineering or Economics/business or related fields; • Fluency in English • Strong Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry • Minimum 10-15 years experience in a multinational company operating in the country, with responsibilities/exposure to commercial, operational, legal and financials subjects; • Demonstrated ability to establish and develop relationships at high level • Capability to work in complex projects understanding customers’ needs and criticalities • Proven ability to operate in a team environment and work in a matrix organization • Effective communication to senior leadership (both in written and spoken) • Oriented to results and committed to their accomplishment
